Business Experience
Michael specializes in business valuations, forensic and litigation services. His clients are privately-held companies involved with acquisitions; divestures; income, gift and estate taxes; financial reporting; and employee stock ownership plans. He also assists with marital dissolution; partner and shareholder disputes; damage and economic loss matters; and other litigation proceedings.

His engagements have spanned many industries, including banks and financial services, light and heavy industrial manufacturing, construction, real estate, professional services, software, wholesale and retail trade, pharmaceuticals, funeral homes, insurance companies, automotive and heavy truck dealerships, performing arts, restaurants, agriculture, biotechnology and natural resources. Michael is active in the community and with professional organizations including the Dr. Pepper Museum and TSCPA.
