Lisa has extensive knowledge in recruitment, management, payroll, employee benefits and, most importantly, relationship building. As the Director of Human Resources for JRBT, Lisa enjoys utilizing her skill for employee relations and her passion for coaching to support the development of high performers. Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in various management roles, including human service programs, call centers and life insurance companies. She utilizes her drive for success and her ability to be a forward thinker to positively impact the employees at JRBT.
