After starting his human resources career in the medical and food service industries, Garrett joined JRBT as an HR Generalist. Garrett has experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, training and development, performance management, conflict resolution and HR compliance. Prior to a career in human resources, Garrett demonstrated his driven nature and dedicated service by obtaining the elite rank of Eagle Scout.
