Auditor - Manager level position available, 5+ years experience

Candidates will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling audit engagements including the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, adhering to engagement schedules, and escalating issues as they arise. Candidates will also need to respond effectively and professionally to a wide variety of clients with service that exceeds client expectations.

Bachelor's Degree - accounting; Master's Degree a plus, CPA required
5+ years of public accounting audit experience required
Strong knowledge of accounting and audit theory required
Strong understanding of GAAP & GAAS issues

Auditor -- Senior level position available, 2 - 5 years experience

Responsible for working on all phases of independent audit assignments. Will include audit detail and supervisory work depending on size of client.  Expected to communicate and respond effectively and professionally with other staff and supervisors, in a wide variety of industries with service that exceeds client expectations.

This individual is expected to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and good written and oral communication skills, and be a motivated self-starter. CPA exam expected – If not CPA, expected to work toward obtaining certification as a Certified Public Accountant in near future.

Tax - Manager, 5+ years experience

Responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting engagements and related projects, participating in the planning process for engagements, supervising and developing team members, reviewing work papers and tax returns, and participating in the billing and collection process.

Bachelor's Degree in accounting required, Masters degree or continuing coursework is a plus.  CPA license required. Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus - 5 plus years current or recent experience in public accounting required. A dedication to teamwork and leadership. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills required.

Tax - Staff Accountant 

A Tax Staff Accountant is responsible for utilizing his or her educational background as well as communication and organizational skills by assisting with the preparation of tax returns and research. In this role, the Tax Staff Accountant will be charged with utilizing basic research skills and working with tax software applications to complete tax returns for review.

Account Specialist, 3+ years experience

Accounting Specialist will have direct client contact and responsibility. You will have your own set of clients to work with on a regular basis and will prepare their financial statements. You are the connection from the firm to your group of clients.  Need to have experience in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation and QuickBooks.

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have 3 years experience working with Quickbooks, general ledger and financial statement preparation.  Must be detail oriented, organized, and accurate.  Must have strong analytical skills.  Must have outstanding client service and communication skills.

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full charge bookkeeper responsibilities include general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation and data gathering and analysis.  An associates degree in accounting/business or two years of related work experience is required.  Quickbooks or comparable accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Word experience required.  Must be detail oriented, organized, accurate, have strong analytical skills and must have outstanding client service and communication skills.  For more information or to apply go to

 Administrative Support/Receptionist

Administrative support/receptionist responsibilities include general administrative support such as document preparation, scanning, mailing and filing.  This position will serve as a back up to receptionist and courier when necessary.  Qualifications and skills include associates degree or more than 3 years administrative experience, excellent PC skills, Microsoft Word and Excel experience, regularly produce detailed work products, and enjoy and excel as a member of a team providing outstanding service to clients.  Business/professional attire requried.  Bilingual preferred.  For more information or to apply go to
