We’re looking for an outgoing, driven Talent Acquisition & Retention Associate who is passionate about building strong talent pipelines and creating memorable employee experiences that fuel engagement and retention.
This is more than a recruiting role. You’ll play a critical part in shaping our culture, strengthening our brand, and helping our people thrive.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for accounting interns, from sourcing to offer
- Support hiring across departments, partnering with leadership on growth needs
- Build strong relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Plan and execute career fairs, info sessions, and recruiting events
- Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Collaborate with HR to conduct stay interviews, analyze turnover data, and identify trends
- Develop and implement initiatives that drive engagement, belonging, and retention
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee experience
Culture & Event Strategy
- Plan and execute company-wide events (holiday celebrations, appreciation days, volunteer events, etc.)
- Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and communications
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and storytelling
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (professional services preferred)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience planning and executing events of varying scale
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to college campuses
- Experience with events or campus recruiting a plus
