About JRBT
During the past century, JRBT has earned a reputation for being one of the best accounting firms in Texas. But we’ve also come to be known as one of the best places to work. Founded in Waco in 1913, JRBT is a mid-sized accounting firm located in a dynamic, growing community. JRBT is consistently recognized for its service to clients and the local community, voted as “Waco’s best accounting firm” year after year. We’ve also attracted national attention, having been named to Inside Public Accounting’s Top 300 Firms list. Among the many reasons for our continued success is our team of bright, dedicated professionals. But the real foundation for our success is our culture—one that has been carefully maintained for more than 100 years. We’ve worked hard to create an environment that places value on family, hard work, community service, mutual respect and the common goal of exceeding clients’ expectations. Simply put, our team members enjoy working here and they like one another. That’s reflected in the exemplary work we do every day.
