About the Position

Client Accounting Services (CAS) provides back-office accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial presentation and analysis (F,P & A).. CAS personnel are directly responsible for assigned clients from a variety of industries. 

Success in this role will be based on the performance of all tasks necessary for providing our clients with great customer service and timely information. 

This position is ideal for individuals who have:

• The ability to perform activities from established procedures and processes 
• Perform duties effectively and efficiently 
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) 
• Technical proficiency in accounting (general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation) 
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) 

Educational and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required
• CPA license (or actively working toward license) is a plus 
• Quickbooks Online: 1 year (Preferred) 
• General ledger accounting: 1 year (Preferred) 
• Financial statement preparation: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Details:

This position is onsite, non-exempt 

Monday- Friday: Core Hours are 9:00-4:00 (flexible schedule available) 

Salary:

Range is $60,000- $70,000; Salary within range will depend upon experience
