About the IT Support Analyst position

The IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to staff and clients.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responds to all requests for technical assistance by phone, email, or in-person through timely and professionally communication
• Troubleshoots and efficiently resolves technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Documents, tracks, and monitors incidents to ensure timely resolution
• Provides guidance and support to end-users by following established guidelines and procedures
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education, Experience and Licensure

• Two years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
• Possesses strong customer services skills and works thoroughly in a professional work environment
• Technical experience with operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, and Office 365
• CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred
• Technical experience using Wolters Kluwer CCH and Citrix is a plus
