About the Position

The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of JRBT’s mission and talent strategy.

The focus of our Director of Human Resources is to make connections with people, motivate and inspire them to achieve results. Someone successful in this role will possess poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm. This role has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Ultimately, this position will involve driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for this role.

Scheduled overtime is required during busy seasons and pays at a rate of 1.5 times regular hourly pay.
