JRBT is upgrading our document management system to ensure we are utilizing top-of-the-line products for our clients. We have some important information for you regarding client portals during our system conversion.
Beginning June 12th, your JRBT Client Document Portal will become unavailable. On June 28th, we will begin to recreate certain portals on an as-needed basis. During this outage, your JRBT contact will have the ability to exchange files with you via secure email and other methods, such as Suralink and SafeSend. This outage does not affect Suralink or SafeSend.
The Client Document Portal is not intended to be a digital storage vault for your documents. As such, we recommend that you download copies for your own files prior to June 12.
