President’s Emergency Legislation

On March 18, the President signed an emergency relief act for COVID-19 into law, the legislation states that Department of Labor (DOL) will issue a model notice for employers to post notice to employees in regard to the Acts within 7 days and will issue guidelines to assist employers with calculations in no more than 15 days.
