Located midway between the Texas state capital of Austin and the bustling metroplex of Dallas-Fort Worth, Waco is a green and pleasant city that over a quarter of a million people call “home sweet home.”

Living in Waco means having more leisure time for your favorite pursuits. There’s no rush hour here – maybe a few “rush minutes” – so whether you choose to reside in a suburban neighborhood or all the way out in the country, traveling between work and home takes just a few minutes for most people.
