Business Experience
Mike Reitmeier is a founding shareholder of Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell, P.C. He serves as the firm's President and is heavily involved in the firm's tax practice as Head of the Tax Department. He has significant experience in advising high net worth individuals, owners of closely held and family businesses including mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, real estate transactions, taxation of commercial banks and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
Mike is also heavily involved in the community including serving on
the boards of directors of Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, Waco Business League, and Waco Industrial Foundation.
