Over 200 valuation and calculation engagements performed in support of tax, transactional, litigation, ESOP and financial reporting matters. Valuation and litigation experience has covered a wide variety of industries including: banks and financial services, light and heavy industrial manufacturing, construction, real estate, professional services, software, wholesale and retail trade, pharmaceutical, funeral homes, insurance companies, automobile and heavy truck dealerships, performing arts, restaurants, agriculture, biotechnology and natural resources.
