Business Experience
Derral is retired from our predecessor national firm and currently serves Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell, P.C. as a consultant and supervisor of quality control and assurance review, including pre-issuance review of all financial reports and consultations on technical issues.

He has been with this firm and our predecessor firm dating back to 1961. He has served as Head of the Assurance Practice and as Managing Partner of the Waco office of our predecessor national firm. His experience includes management of audits of insurance companies (life and property and casualty), banks, savings and loans, construction companies, manufacturing concerns, hospitals, various types of governmental units, independent school districts and other types of businesses including non-profit organizations.
